Brunch is the most important meal of the day, and you want
to give it the respect it deserves. These bougie brunch spots are a perfect tie
into this brunch series with Mothers Day being tomorrow. Did you buy her a
gift? I didn’t give you much notice, but that’s also not my job haha. You’re in
luck though. If you didn’t buy her a little something, you could treat your
mama to some eggs Benedict and luscious pancakes, AKA the finer things in life
at these bougie brunch spots. Toast to the most important woman in your life.
They will have your mom feeling like the queen she is. Be prepared to spend a
pretty penny at these high-end brunch spots with a LOT of menu options. Be sure
to call ahead and make a reservation and also ask about Mother’s Day specials!

Lavo

A 16oz wagyu meatball says what?! Lavo’s menu has
everything, from a raw bar to pizzas and pasta, as well as several-egg,
griddle, salad, and sandwich options. This is definitely, a place to order
family style and share among the table. I Lavo this brunch spot because it’s
from the creators of Tao nightclub and offers a very loungy feel instead of a
cookie cutter restaurant. They fly in ingredients fresh from Italy every week,
so you dine with nothing but fine.

Andiron Steak & Sea

There are shareable and individual entrees to suit AM and PM
preferences. Be sure to share a pastry basket with the table but keep you early
riser or afternoon delight entrees for yourself! He best part about it is it is
located right in the backyard of Las Vegas in Downtown Summerlin. Specializing
in steaks and seafood these Hampton vibes in the city of sin will make your
high-end tastes feel right at home.

Herringbone

Enjoy Farm Eggs al Forno or Orange Chocolate Chip Ricotta
pancakes on the patio. With one of the most Instagrammable outdoor dining
experiences on the strip, you’ll have to scold yourself for having your phone
out so much. They have the freshest catch of the day straight from SoCal and
offer a lounge-style vibe to all its patrons. Sit back and stay a while

Bardot

Prepare to be reintroduced to classic French cuisine with a
twist, bright central bar, upscale fare, a patio & a 1920s vibe. No one
will be bored looking at the menu that features iconic French comfort foods
like an array of pastries and Danishes to Escargot Bardot. A specialty of
theirs is their glazed duck confit with waffles. That’s where the classic
French comes with a twist.  The only
regret you’ll have is not being able to fit more in your belly.
