It’s that time of year again: Fashion Revolution Week is upon us. This is their 10th year taking action in the fashion industry for our people and our planet. The theme for this year’s action week is Manifesto for a Fashion Revolution.

What is Fashion Revolution Week?
Fashion Revolution Week is Fashion Revolution’s annual campaign bringing together the world’s largest fashion activism movement for seven days of action. Fashion week is April 22-29th and there are so many ways you can help make a positive change in the industry. Straight from the website, “Fashion Revolution Week 2023 an action-packed and future-focused campaign that amplifies solutions from historically overlooked places. In our process, we are led by the plurality and diversity of our global Network, passing the mic to Fashion Revolutionaries from around the world.” This means me and you.
This group is the world’s largest fashion activism movement, mobilizing citizens, brands, and policymakers through research, education, and advocacy. This movement came to life after the Rana Plaza Disaster in 2013 where over 1,000 people were killed and another 2,500 were injured under miserable work conditions. This is an action-oriented group of people looking to better the fashion industry for the sake of our people and our planet.
Sign the Fashion Revolution Manifesto
Strength in numbers. If you support people over profit and business growth, this manifesto is your first act to declare that. Read over the 10 points and if you share their vision for systemic change in the global fashion industry, show your support by signing the Manifesto for a Fashion Revolution.

Map Your Conversation
“Speaking with our family and friends about the global impact of our clothes is a powerful step to change the fashion industry.” Fashion Revolution has partnered with Talk Climate Change on an interactive world map to record these global conversations. Think Global, Act Local
Fashion Revolution is a global movement with 90+ teams all over the world. Your local acts will be seen, felt, and heard all over the world.
