How I grew my hair past my shoulders and got my hair to a healthy state
I naturally have always had fine hair prone to breakage. I suffered from an oily scalp and dry ends for the longest time. Because my ends were so dry and brittle, I could never get my hair to grow past my shoulders without breaking off.

There are several ingredients you need to be aware of that linger in beauty products. PEGs, Phthalates, DEA/MEA, sulfates, parabens, harsh salt systems, Phenoxyethanol, to name a few. Secret #4: The hair growth hack you need to adopt
Second-day hair- don’t care! Washing your hair too often can strip the scalp and its roots of moisture and the natural oils it needs to grow healthily and normally. That’s where dry shampoo comes in.
If your hair gets greasy the day after you wash your hair or is naturally a lot more prone to getting oily, then you should use a dry shampoo. But the right kind of dry shampoo will make the world of a difference. Brands that contain butane or propane often contain carcinogens that are linked to causing cancers. EEK!

Secret #5: How to take care of your scalp
Scalp care is so, SO underrated! If you want your hair to grow long and healthy, then you need to make sure you are taking care of your scalp.
Your hair is growing out of your scalp, so if you don’t give it the love you give the rest of your hair, then your hair won’t even be able to grow as healthy as it could be in the first place.
